Description

Fan di Fendi by Fendi is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women. Fan di Fendi was launched in 2010. Fan di Fendi was created by Delphine Lebeau-Krowiak and Francois Demachy. Top notes are tangerine, black currant and pear; middle notes are jasmine, tuberose and rose; base notes are patchouli and leather.

This is a nice classic soft floral with faint metallic jewelry notes. Good body and form, well blended, prettily feminine, so overall fine for office or tea parties. The notes make it sound like it would be much more interesting than it seems to actually be.

It opens with a sweet and fresh burst of tangerine mixed with a subtle hint of pear, and pretty soon the pink peppercorns makes its appearance. The youthful, vibrant and quite warm top notes disappear pretty quickly and the florals take over.

when it dries down, the tender leather note takes over. Piquant cinnamon and vanilla light up the chocolate-like richness of patchouli, and sheer woods add another layer to the base notes. In the Eau de Parfum, there is also a violet note that reminds me of vintage lipstick and bonbons, a pleasant twist on the fruity patchouli.
